By accessing or using the okbajii platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you and okbajii. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform.

To open an account with okbajii, the following conditions must be met:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Transactions must be made using only a Mobile Pay, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your own name.
• Using a payment account registered in someone else's name is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Okbajii does not charge any transaction fees; however, your payment provider's own charges may apply. Additional documents may be requested for verification in cases of suspicious financial activity.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on okbajii:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Okbajii reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a system error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• In live betting, odds are subject to change at any time.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Okbajii sets the maximum bet limit per event, and this limit is subject to change.

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered users only.

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening an account or conducting transactions using another person's identity.
• Selling, renting, or transferring your account.
• Any activity involving match fixing or violations of sports integrity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to okbajii's systems or networks.

Okbajii believes that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship. With that in mind, responsible betting is our top priority.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits on your account.
• You have the option to take a temporary or permanent break from the platform.
• Our support team is available at any time to assist you.
• If problematic betting behaviour is detected, okbajii may also impose limits on the account directly.

You may request to close your okbajii account at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Okbajii may suspend or close your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to provide the documents required for verification.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

• If the support team is unable to resolve the issue, it will be escalated to higher management.
• In case of any dispute over betting results, okbajii's technical records shall serve as the final authority.
• Financial disputes must be appealed within a maximum of 30 days.
